Tom Fox is an Environmental Protection Specialist in the Colorado Division of Oil and Public Safety (OPS). Prior to joining OPS in 2007, Tom was a petroleum geologist with ARCO, and an environmental consultant on petroleum projects with several companies for twenty years. Tom earned a bachelor’s degree in earth science (geology) from Millersville State College (Pennsylvania) and a master’s degree in geology from Michigan State University. He has been active with the ITRC LNAPL team since 2015, assisting with both classroom and internet-based training.
